President
Francis leads LAVAN’s technical and commercial direction, bringing deep involvement to complex customer needs, critical projects, and reliability initiatives. He works closely with customers and the LAVAN team to solve technical challenges and strengthen long-term system performance.
Brian Lavan
Director of Client Relations
Brian leads customer relationships and business development for LAVAN. He works with customers, partners, and distributors to identify needs, coordinate opportunities, and ensure LAVAN’s technical capabilities are connected to the right projects and facilities.
Gregory Streep
Business Operations Manager
Greg supports the day-to-day business operations that keep LAVAN projects moving. His responsibilities span estimating and quoting support, purchasing, coordination, and the internal processes required to support customers and field operations.

Technical Operations Manager
Robert oversees technical operations and day-to-day execution across LAVAN’s shop and project work. He helps coordinate technical resources, equipment, and execution to ensure work is prepared and delivered effectively.

Service & Fabrication Manager
Eugene leads LAVAN’s service and fabrication capabilities, including custom enclosure and panel work, equipment modifications, and field installation support. His role connects hands-on fabrication expertise with the practical requirements of customer projects.
